Digital Strategic Planners

Digital Strategic Planners partner with and provide leadership across cross-functional teams in execution of all insight discovery & digital strategy.  They’re responsible for the planning, development and execution of digital & social campaigns and initiatives for some of Sofresh's biggest brands.  They also play an active role as a subject matter expert and develop company-wide perspectives on trends and the use of emerging media in the marketplace. They always stay current on users, interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards Sofresh's client base.

Planners work to define scope, recommend approach and execution of strategy and strategic planning projects for clients. They identify marketing problems, perform research, analyze trends/results to determine strategic implications. They’re on the cutting edge of digital media, constantly crafting ideas and connections that can be locally implemented, showing an understanding of digital behaviors on a local level. They’re ready to collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term online marketing strategies, identify new opportunities for client growth, enforce processes and best practices across all engagements, and expand contacts with key client executives and maintain strong post-engagement relationships introducing new opportunities accordingly.

What we’d like to see:

  • 2 – 3 years experience in digital strategy, and account planning.
  • A strong understanding of integrated advertising across multiple media forms, as well as a knowledge of branding with proven experience in delivering effective digital business strategy.
  • Ability to manage internal customer relationships and expectations through effective interpersonal communication, negotiating and partnering.
  • Strong understanding of web development and design lifecycle.
  • A proven ability to manage and set client expectations, and to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese and English
