In response to the critical need for digital presence, Carryn-Diana asked us to build a website for their product: adult nappies. After thorough research and observations about the targeted customer, we came up with a solution that best suited the elderly. The website was designed in a simple and clean way for users to easily browse. Besides the product and brand information, this website also presented a digital space for health consultation and also news of events and promotions, establishing an on-going conversation with the users. That’s the way we transformed a normal promotion site into a more engaging and friendly digital space that brought customers and brands together.
