Comfort, the fabric softener brand owned by global FMCG - Unilever, challenged us to revamp the brand’s awareness. Rather than building a normal website with simple content, we decided to do the other way round: using story-telling strategy to connect with users, say creating Comfee family. In this way, the website was a more homely, relaxed, informative environment where users can engage in interactive content. It features an easy-to-play mini game to retain users, a place to share experience regarding homecare aspect… The look and feel creatively reflects the Comfort Brand quality, for example the colour palette used is to reflect Comfort brand fragrance.
