Diana is one of the leading companies in Vietnam specializing in tampons, sanitary pads, diapers for children and facial tissues. In 2011, Diana approached us for a strategy to communicate with customers through digital space. At that time, brand websites were starting to move beyond the stage of providing only the facts. So after launching the Diana Corporate Site, we went on to produce Diana brand site, focusing on promoting sanitary napkin products only. The target users were teenagers and the message we aimed to deliver was “It’s great being a girl.” Therefore the brand site is incorporated with other interesting activities such as The Girl’s Corner (where any information that a girl wants to know is shared by peer users) and other useful tools for the girls.
