Diana is one of the leading companies in Vietnam specializing in tampons, sanitary pads, diapers for children and facial tissues. In 2011, Diana approached us for a strategy to communicate with customers through digital space. At that time, brand websites were starting to move beyond the stage of providing only the facts. Mostly, they've moved on to elaborate Flash-based entertainment - immersive environments in which customers are attracted and seduced, or so brands hope. Customers are increasingly looking for more of a two-way interaction. They expect to be able to speak directly and individually to brands, but also that brands will respond sincerely and with interest. Knowing that, we help Diana to create a brand site that give users direct access to the company and the products.
